Military engineers are working under the greatest of urgency to repair the temporary floating at Duong River after this morning accident, despite harsh weather and rising water levels.

The floating bridge on Duong River was hit at 7 am, July 22.

The anchors of the bridge were broken in the crash. No injuries or deaths were reported during the accident.
