Fishing boat recovered

Authorities working for marine rescue teams in Danang have recovered parts of the sunken ship that was attacked by Chinese forces on May 26.

This evidence can be used to prove the aggressive and provocative actions by the Chinese since the installation of the illegal oil rig in Vietnamese waters, in the area of the Paracels.

The Vietnamese ship is still residing underwater in Danang Bay, about two nautical miles away off the coast.

After he ship was attacked, crew members were rescued by the Vietnam Directorate of Fisheries.

The most recent estimates for damages to the ship, along with the costs of recovery and the collecting of evidence, may be used in international court to prove the aggressiveness of recent Chinese actions.
