Passenger banned from flying for using fake papers
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has banned a woman from travelling by air for 12 months for using fake papers to travel.

The passenger who comes from Gia Lai Province will be banned from both domestic and international flights from June 25, 2023 to June 24, 2024. She will also be asked to go through a physical check-in for a further six months.CAAV currently imposes flight bans of up to a year for travelers who disrupt order on flights or in airports, make bomb threats or use fake papers to travel. Repeat offenses are subject to an indefinite ban.
