Three bodies of hydropower accident returned to Chinese authorities
Local authorities of the northern
province of Ha Giang on January 22 returned the bodies of
three victims who died in a
recent accident at Thuan Hoa hydropower plant to Chinese authorities.
The three are Chinese workers employed by China’s Zhejiang Company in the construction of the hydropower project in Ha Giang’s Vi Xuyen District.
Besides the three dead victims, another Chinese worker was injured in the accident, which happened at 10:00 pm on January 20. The four workers were swept away while working in a tunnel at the construction site of the hydropower plant.
