Fire breaks out at southern thermal power plant
Duyen Hai 3 Coal Power Plant in the southern province of Tra Vinh suddenly caught fire this morning, March 7.
The incident occurred at 10 am at the construction site for the expansion of the plant located in Duyen Hai Town.
Firefighters were sent to the site five minutes after the incident happened. The fire was brought under control by 12.45pm.
No loss of life was reported.

Smoke and fire were detected in the plant’s dust filtering system. According to some sources, the fire happened while some workers were welding.Firefighters were sent to the site five minutes after the incident happened. The fire was brought under control by 12.45pm.
