The project owner of the first housing project for low-income earners in the capital city of Hanoi said interested buyers are required to provide their household registration book that proves their permanent residency in Hanoi.

The No. CT1 Project in Ngo Thi Nham Urban Area in Ha Dong District.

The requirement was part of recent guidelines issued by the Hanoi People’s Committee regarding the apartment purchases under project No. CT1 in Ngo Thi Nham Urban Area in the city’s western Ha Dong District.

Priority for the housing will be given to families enjoying preferential treatment policy for their contribution to the country, who register their permanent residency in Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan and Dong Da districts of the city.

The committee asked Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction JSC, the project owner, to submit a list of eligible buyers to the city’s construction department for approval by November 5.

The list is expected to be made public on the website of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction JSC, the Hanoi Construction Department and mass media channels in the coming days.

The project owner will also hold a lot drawing for its 328 apartments in mid-November.
