400 passengers on flights with Covid-19 patient asked to report

The Hanoi Department of Health has issued a report to look for nearly 400 passengers who had boarded two flights with a Covid-19 patient.

According to the Hanoi Department of Health, the patient is a 45-year-old man, Patient 1883, who works at a notary office on Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay District. Earlier, he had close contact with Patient 1814 who is a woman from Hai Duong Province’s Chi Linh City.

On Tuesday, the man had the positive testing result of Covid-19.

On January 29, he took two flights on the Hanoi-HCM City route. The flight VN7245 of national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines left Noi Bai International Airport for Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 6 am, transporting 185 passengers.

Meanwhile, the second flight QH242 of Bamboo Airways departed from HCM City for Hanoi at around 10 pm, carrying 211 passengers.

All of the passengers on the two flights are called to quickly contact the nearest medical agencies for the advice on Covid-19 prevention. They can also call the hotline 0969.082.115 - 0949.396.115 for support.
