Fireworks scheduled for HCM City New Year
HCM City has planned to hold fireworks displays to welcome the coming New Year.
The high-range fireworks will be organised at Saigon River’s tunnel area in District 2 and Landmark 81 Building in Binh Thanh District while the low-range show will be at Dam Sen Cultural Park in District 11.

The activities will last for 15 minutes on January 1, 2020.
Municipal authorities have also assigned a local firm to design and install the lighting system to mark the New Year and Tet Holiday on some major streets such as Nguyen Van Troi, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Le Duan, Nguyen Hue, Dong Khoi and Cach Mang Thang Tam.
The lighting decoration will be from December 12 to March 20, next year.
