Mu Cang Chai, the mountainous district of Yen Bai Province, with its beautiful rice terraces and winding roads are becoming popular with tourists, while also providing breath-taking from above.

Many photographers have flocked to this area in order to capture amazing scenery of the small villages on the mountains or the rice terraces. Visitors to Mu Cang Chai comment on the aroma of rice and wheat that linger in the air.

The surrounding mountain paths are both a challenge and attraction to visitors. Recently, the members of paragliding club, Vietwings Hanoi, took some beautiful shots while flying across the area.

In September 18, the Paragliding Festival was also held at Khau Pha Mountain Pass in Mu Cang Chai, part of the Mu Cang Chai Terraced Rice Fields 2016 Culture and Tourism Week.

Khau Pha Pass has become an ideal destination for paragliding. Many paragliders praise the area as one of the world’s most beautiful paragliding locations.
