Noi Bai named among world's top 100 airports
Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi has been ranked among world's 100 best airports by Skytrax for the third time.
Noi Bai Airport was ranked 82nd, up one place from last year.
The airport's managers have worked hard to improve the services in the past three years. A new international terminal, which is the largest and most modern in Vietnam, was opened. The newly-constructed Nhat Tan Bridge with Noi Bai International Airport also helped to improve the infrastructure and the traffic around the airport.
Free water, buses and charging booths for passengers have also been installed at the airport. In late 2017, the domestic terminal was repaired and upgraded.
In 2018, new technology will be implemented to boost services. For example, the Smile-Airport app will allow passengers to rate the airport and a chatbot will help people find information more easily.
