Danang cyclo team gets facelift
A team of 83 tourism cyclos in the central city of Danang has been upgraded to serve tourists better.
The team’s attire has been revamped with fresh and modern designs with yellow being predominant. In addition, the cyclo drivers’ conical hats have been adorned with the Danang Fantasticity logo.
The Danang cyclo group was set up in 2003 under the management of the city’s Department of Tourism.
The cyclo drivers of the team are courteous, enthusiastic, and polite to tourists.
All of the cyclos in the team are designed fashionably with matching style, colour and size.

The cyclo drivers can speak other languages and possess knowledge about the various attractions in Danang. Every year, they are provided with training courses on foreign languages and skills and behaviours in serving tourists.
Each cyclo tour lasts for around 30-45 minutes, taking visitors to explore the city’s tourist sites such as the Han River, Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, Cham Sculpture Museum, APEC Park, and Han Market.
From February 1, the group ticket price is VND120,000 per person for a cyclo, while individual tickets are priced at VND150,000.
