Bollywood star Avika Gor donated USD5,000 to the Compassionate Hearts Charity Fund of Dan Tri/DTiNews Newspaper on June 24

The Indian teenage actress, well known in Vietnam for her role in the Indian TV drama series Child Bride, came to donate money to the fund on June 24 while on a two-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

This is her second visit to Vietnam in which she joined in several charity activities as an ambassador for Echannel.

Gor said that she appreciated the prestige, the good effect and influence of the Compassionate Hearts Charity Fund of Dan Tri/DTiNews Newspaper on the local society so this was one of two charities she made donations to during this trip to Vietnam.

The 17-year-old Indian actress also met local press and audience in a talk show where she shared her experience of acting in Child Bride and introduced her roles in a new film. She was warmly welcome by many local fans.
