A group of young people from the central province of Ha Tinh have just brought Tet gifts to homeless people in Hanoi.

This is the first time the group has done this activity. Earlier, they also presented free tickets for poor people to return home for Tet.

The gifts include food for Tet such as Chung Cake and lean pork paste.

Many members of the group who are mostly students have saved their money to buy gifts for the poor.

Some photos of their visit to homeless people on Hanoi streets on the evening of February 8:

A homeless elderly woman, Dam Thi Khanh, who has been living under Chuong Duong Bridge for seven years, is given the gift.
