Hotels in central region offer free storm shelter
Many hotels are providing free shelter for people to avoid Storm Molave which is forecasted to severely affect the central region of Vietnam.
In Quang Nam Province’s Hoi An City, there are still many people living by the sea who are facing the risk of being affected by the storm. Local hotels and homestays have given them shelter free of charge.
Tuong Vi from a hotel in Cua Dai Ward said that her facility had around 100 rooms for vulnerable people.
Meanwhile, two hotels in Danang City’s Thanh Khe District have offered 40 rooms in total as free shelter for people.

The facilities have published notices on social networks to inform the public of the information. They have also co-operated with charity groups to update the list of the needy for the accommodation arrangement.
