Miss Earth 2010 to be held in Khanh Hoa
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan has approved the proposal of the Khanh Hoa Province People’s Committee to host Miss Earth 2010 in the coastal city of Nha Trang.
Deputy PM Nhan asked the provincial People’s Committee to partner with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Foreign Ministry and other relevant agencies to ensure security for the event, contributing to promoting the image of Vietnamese land and people.
The final round of the competition is expected to take place at Vinpearl Land Resort on the Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang city in December.
Around 90 beauty queens from across the world will arrive in Vietnam in November and participate in a wide range of activities for charity and environmental protection.
