The event, which will take place at Ly Thai To Park by Hoan Kiem Lake on December 14-16, is among major activities under the French Month in Vietnam to mark the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties.

The festival is expected to bring visitors the atmosphere of Paris streets as Christmas is nearing with 60 booths featuring French restaurants and famous French firms in Vietnam. France’s technology and cosmetic products will be displayed at the event.

Artists from France and Vietnam will perform, highlighting the cultural and artistic interaction between the two countries. French street arts will be also showcased.

Around 100,000 visitors are hoped to attend the festival in Hanoi.

Balade en France Festival is an annual event in HCM City. This year, the event will be organised from 3 pm to 10 pm on December 1 and 2 at Hoa Lu Stadium on Dinh Tien Hoang Street in District 1.
