The event, co-organised by Dantri/Dtinews Newspaper and Thu Cuc TCI, is aimed at promoting fitness and connecting communities.
The event, titled F5 Yourself with Yoga, is expected to set a Vietnamese Guinness record.
Participants will have a chance to enjoy yoga sessions with the country’s best yogis. Celebrity participants include Miss Vietnam 2010 Dang Thi Ngoc Han, actress Quach Thu Phuong, and actress Quynh Nga.
Many celebrities will join the event
The event will also include some 5,000 yoga participants in an attempt to set a Vietnamese Guinness record for a yoga session with the greatest number of participants. The session will be guided by national-level yogis.
The event will be held at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi
The event will also feature talk shows on healthcare and beauty care with the attendance of doctors at Thu Cuc TCI and yoga experts.
Joining the event, people will also have opportunities to have their best photos in yoga taken by professional photographers.
According to the organisers, all participants will receive gifts including yoga clothing and equipment, and a health-checkup package worth over VND4 million.
