The Age Publishing House in coordination with the Vietnam Scientific Historical Association and the Past and Present Magazine on January 11 introduced two books to welcome the 11th National Party Congress.
They are the “Memory of the First Independent Days 1945-1946” and “Ho Chi Minh – the Person who brought light”.
The first book is a collection of 200 photos of political events that took place in Hanoi and northern areas from August 17, 1945 to June 18, 1946. It includes nearly 40 valuable and rare photos of President Ho Chi Minh.
The second book consists of 61 essays praising President Ho Chi Minh’s life and work. The documents were collected from many domestic and foreign historical witnesses who had worked with President Ho Chi Minh. The publication of the book reaffirms President Ho Chi Minh’s great contribution and is also a valuable gift to welcome the 11th National Party Congress.
