The ceremony to kick off the event

The two-day Super Sales - Genuine Goods programme is expected to draw the participation of 1,000 producers and distributors, 50,000 brands, 20 million customer interactions and 200,000 successful buyers via e-vouchers. The total order value of the whole market is expected to reach more than VND2.5 trillion (USD107.4 million)

Customers have chances to enjoy discounts of up to 70% for the products which cover various areas such as cosmetics, fashion, air tickets, and household goods.

At the ceremony, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh said that this is the 6th annual Online Friday event which has received a widespread response from local customers and enterprises.

The organiser will co-operate with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Voso and Sanhangre and businesses such as Oppo and Habeco for the event implementation.

Online Friday 2019 and Big Off will be held simultaneously in three big cities, including Hanoi’s Hoan Kiem Lake area, Danang’s Bach Dang Night Market, and Ho Chi Minh City’s Nguyen Hue.

Under the government’s approval, the annual Online Friday is yearly held on the first Friday of December.
