Da Lat surprised by unseasonable cherry blossoms
The Central Highlands city of Da Lat has witnessed unprecedented blooming of cherry blossoms, surprising both locals and tourists.
The trees normally bloom in early spring between January and February, but they have bloomed again in April.
It is easy to see cherry blossoms on many of Da Lat’s streets, including Tran Hung Dao, Le Dai Hanh, Pham Ngu Lao and the area around Tuyen Lam Lake
Sam Sam, a local person, said he was quite surprised as the blooms are common between December and February.
Cherry blossoms last about two weeks, but it would be shorter due to the current relatively hot weather of 30 degrees centigrade in Da Lat.
Lots of tourists are interested in cherry blossoms and capture these moments.
