Vietnamese students succeed at Chemistry Olympiad
Four Vietnamese 12th graders collected medals at the 45th
International Chemistry Olympiad in Moscow, Russia, which ran from
July 15 to 23.
Phan Quang Dung from Hanoi
National University’s High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences
was awarded the Olympiad’s highest prize.
Meanwhile, Nguyen Quoc Anh and Ho Quang Khai from the same school, and Le Duc Viet from the Tran Phu Gifted High School in northern Hai Phong city, all clinched silver medals.
Last year, Vietnamese high school students bagged one gold, two silvers and one bronze when the event was held in the US.
